  • Should you require a Metropolitan Bulk Pickup on Tuesday for Wednesday deliveries, please ensure these are booked on the Monday prior to the public holiday – by telephone, confirming emailed booking (these pickups will incur a public holiday surcharge).
  • If you are supplying your stock for Tuesday/Wednesday deliveries on Monday, please ensure you complete two manifests (one for Tuesday deliveries and one for Wednesday deliveries) and stock is on separate pallets clearly marked the delivery days.
  • Our warehouse will be manned for deliveries all day.

Cold Xpress is Moving

Over the past 10 years Cold Xpress Refrigerated Transport has grown exponentially with the assistance of you, our valued customers.

As a result, we have out grown our Springvale premises, where we have been located, and wish to advise you of our pending move to 830 Wellington Road, Rowville.

We will be moving sites from Friday 10 March 2017, and will NOT be receiving any deliveries at Springvale after Thursday 9th March 2017. Any stock still in our warehouse on the 10th March 2017 will be transferred to Rowville site for Saturday and Monday deliveries.

The new site is well located, with excellent exposure to passing traffic and located approximately 25 klms south east of Melbourne CBD, with principal access via the Monash Freeway and Citylink and immediately adjacent to the proposed Mitcham-Frankston freeway.

Boasting a site of over 26,000 m2 there is ample room for the coming and going of stock as well as storage possibilities.

2017 LABOUR DAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE

  • If you are supplying your stock for Monday/Tuesday deliveries on Friday, please ensure you complete two manifests (one for Monday deliveries and one for Tuesday deliveries) and stock is on separate pallets clearly marked “For delivery Monday” and “For delivery Tuesday”.
  • Our warehouse will be manned for deliveries as normal.

2017 EASTER DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

  • There will be no deliveries conducted on “Good Friday” – 14 April 2017.
  • There will be no Metropolitan Bulk Pickups conducted on “Good Friday”. All stock for Saturday and Monday deliveries MUST be included in Thursdays’ pickup.
  • Please ensure you supply us with two manifests for deliveries on Saturday 15.04.17 and Monday 17.04.17.
  • Pallets will need to be labelled clearly – “For Saturday deliveries” and “For Monday deliveries”, matching your manifests.
  • Our warehouse will be manned for deliveries into depot from 2pm onwards on Monday, 17.04.17.

2016 CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE

SANTA

There will be no deliveries conducted on Monday 26.12.16 or 02.01.2017.

Standard Metropolitan Bulk Pickups from customers will occur on Tuesday 27.12.16 and Monday 02.01.17, however please ensure you confirm your booking on the Friday prior to these dates. (these pickups will incur a public holiday surcharge).

Deliveries received into Cold Xpress depot on Friday 23.12.16 for delivery on either Saturday 24.12.16, Tuesday 27.12.16 or Friday 30.12.16 for delivery on Saturday 31.12.16 or Tuesday 03.01.17, MUST be on separate pallets labelled date of delivery.

Manifests for deliveries conducted on Saturday 24.12.16/ Tuesday 27.12.16 or Saturday 31.12.16/ Tuesday 03.01.17, MUST be sent separately and match pallets received.

Please ensure your customers are open for deliveries on Saturday 24.12.16, Tuesday 27.12.16 and Saturday 31.12.16 (any reissues due to early closures will incur a second delivery fee & return charge to the depot).
