There will be No Deliveries conducted on Saturday 25th December 2021, Sunday 26th December 2021 & Saturday 1st January 2022
& Sunday 2nd January 2022.
All Metropolitan Bulk Pick-ups conducted on Friday 24th December 2021 and Friday 31st December 2021 as usual.
Should you require a Metropolitan Bulk Pickup on Sunday 26th December 2021, Monday 27th December 2021, Tuesday 28th December 2021, Sunday 2nd January 2022 or Monday 3rd January 2022 please ensure you confirm this with our Pick-Ups Supervisor, Brian by Friday 24th December 2021, confirming by email to pickups@coldxpress.com.au this includes regular pick-ups to confirm pallet or carton quantities – these will incur a public holiday surcharge.
If you are supplying stock to us on Friday 24th December 2021 for deliveries on either Monday 27th December, Tuesday 28th December or Wednesday 29 th December 2021, please ensure you complete three separate manifests for each day and your stock must be on 3 separate pallets. The same applies for the following week for stock supplied to us on Friday 31st December for deliveries either on Monday 3rd January 2022 or Tuesday 4th January 2022. Stock must be put on 2 separate pallets and clearly marked the delivery days required. No claims on goods if your stock does not come into our depot correctly.
Please ensure any deliveries over the Christmas & New Year’s period are open NORMAL trading hours – Any reissues due to early closures will incur a second delivery fee and a return charge to the depot on top of the original delivery charge.
Suppliers, please provide us with a contact name and number for your company in the event, that we need to contact you if we
have any issues with deliveries, especially over the public holidays and weekends.
HOME DELIVERIES – Regional home deliveries that fall on Saturday 25th December & Saturday 1st of January we will conducted on
Tuesday 21st December & Thursday 30th December 2021.
